To NO fault of our own, many parents struggle with sleep under the guise that it will eventually get better. The "they'll eventually sleep" advice ~ or parents may feel that sleep struggles are just a normal part of having young children and their child just isn't a "good sleeper".

The truth is, many parents desire for sleep to be better, desire for their child to be able to sleep through the night, desire for more predictability and sleep consistency, but are completely unsure if their child is actually capable of such sleep improvement!

You CAN have sleep improvement and a rested baby, period!

Hi! I am Anne. Mom of two and the founder of Empowered Decisions.

I have personally coached and helped bring rest and sleep confidence to over 700 families around the SF Bay Area, U.S. & Globe.

As a first-time mom, I was very much in love with my new baby but struggling to understand sleep. We are told not sleeping is "normal" but that wasn't helpful and I needed a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

A couple months postpartum, a close friend shared her experience working with a sleep coach and to google I went. After just one call, I already felt reassured, more confident, and even took away some tips to apply to my new baby.

On maternity leave, I decided to explore a new career and become a sleep coach! A couple months later, my son was my first baby client and WOW, within the first few nights he was sleeping through the night! I was blown away.

I quickly realized that sleep coaching didn't have the negative association I had heard about. This was holistic, guided, supportive and totally aligned for me as parent.

I saw beautiful changes in my son, he was a brand new happy baby, I became rested, and it was it a major change in my confidence as a Mom!

I then dedicated myself to help other families achieve the same!
